The Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region held a workshop on 19 May 2026 with the Working Group of the project “PADRION – Facing Public Administrations with the Process of Digital Transformation as a Community in the ADRION Area.”
During the workshop, the results of the digital maturity assessment conducted in the pilot municipality of Gazi Baba were presented. This was followed by a discussion on the development of future questionnaires to be implemented in other municipalities participating in the project.
In the second part of the workshop, participants were introduced to the prototype of the joint digital tool developed within the cluster cooperation between the Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region and the Municipality of Piacenza, Italy. The tool, entitled “BRIDGE – Women Digital Services Reporting & Monitoring Tool,” aims to support the monitoring and reporting of digital services from a gender-sensitive perspective.
Following the presentations, the Working Group was divided into thematic groups to provide recommendations for further improving both the future assessments and the digital tool prior to its pilot implementation. The most relevant proposals were consolidated into a digital scenario designed to ensure the tool’s effective practical application through integration with existing national and local digital platforms.
The workshop concluded with the identification of the institutions that will use the tool and the data generated through it. In addition, participants agreed on an operational roadmap for transforming the prototype into a fully functional digital solution.
