The Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region participated in the 4th working meeting for the implementation of the PADRION project, organized in Podgorica, Montenegro, which brought together all project partners from the participating countries within the Ionian-Adriatic region. The aim was for each of the clusters, including the CDSPR cluster – Macedonia and Piacenza, Italy, to present the detailed state of development of the joint digital tools, aligned with the expected progress towards functional prototypes that will be further piloted. The agenda also included hybrid workshops for capacity building through the exercise “Workshop for the Workshop”, with a focus on communication activities. Guidelines were set for the implementation of local plans for sharing the common approach and practical guidelines for their development, as well as a joint PADRION action plan and guidelines for the long-term sustainability of the project. The international working meeting studiously outlined the development phases of PADRION, set a clear dynamic for the upcoming stage of activities, and once again united the participating countries in a friendly atmosphere, through the warm hospitality of the host, in whose organization Vir Pazar and Lake Skadar were visited, as part of the attributes that adorn Montenegro.
