Forum for Personnel Management

Place: “Skopje Fair – Diplomatic Room” – Skopje
Experts, representatives of banks and managers of human resources of “The Forum for Personnel Management”, held on 11 and 12 November at the Skopje Fair, discussed the challenges and opportunities for the development of companies and employee staff as a key success factor for the company.
The forum was organized by the Business center of the Skopje planning region, the Union of Chambers of Commerce (UCC) and the Municipality of Aerodrom.
Participants (over 87) during the two days had the opportunity to attend presentations and debate on topical issues of personnel management as management talents in terms of confidence, trends in the labor market in Macedonia, managing employees during organizational change, how to communicate more effectively and efficiently, personal development and coaching staff, social intelligence, dealing with difficult characters to work, as well as reconstructing the organization introducing a system of rewards and promotion of jobs.
Rosalia Karchicka Vasilevska, project coordinator of the Business Center in Skopje planning region informed that forum as a need is identified within a series of informative and consultative events for small and medium enterprises.
– Invited speakers from the field of personnel management and human resources with their expertise, knowledge and new tools that apply in this area will be able to inform our listeners, mostly small and medium enterprises, how to improve the effectiveness of their employees, management effectiveness and achieve greater profitability of their companies, said Karchicka Vasilevska.
CEO of UCC Mitko Aleksov stressed that good management of the company and its success largely depends on the human resources manager or the proper and quality management of the company’s employees and their professional development, and adequate internal organization of the company.
– Good personnel management in a company is the driving force of progress and success of the same company. Through personal employee development and coaching company makes and contributes to its increased profitability, said Aleksov.
