Fair of Regions from South-East Europe

From 7 till 9 of June in Radovish was held first Fair of regions from South-East Europe, Radovish Expo 2012. The Fair was opened by the Mayor of Radovish municipality Mr. Robert Velkov.
In Radovish were present representatives from eight panning regions, as well as the representatives from other countries. Beside presentation, throughout the first two days, on 7 and 8 of June, during the three day fair manifestation a several forum discussions were host as well – Cultural cooperation and tourism, Agriculture and rural development, Environment and Energy Efficiency and Regional policies and Cross-border cooperation, areas in which regions of SEE have a particular interest in cooperation.
Center for Development of Skopje region represent the municipalities of Skopje region (17 municipalities + City of Skopje) on the 36m2 stand. Except from the Center, there were present participants from the municipalities of Gazi Baba, Kisela Voda, Karposh and from the City of Skopje.The purpose of this event is to bring together all relevant representatives from the regions of South-East Europe as well as regional authorities, local authorities, the diplomatic cor, companies, civil associations, international organizations and other distinguished guests present for their outstanding accomplishments and achievements in scope of their operations.
On June 9, the fair was closed by Deputy Minister Mr. Saso Lazarovski, from the Ministry of Local Self Government.
