PADRION’s second theme is about building digital competence for both public service providers and local citizens. Led by the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐨 (Greece), in partnership with the 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 (ASDA) and the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨 (UOM), this group works to close the digital skills gap and improve access to e-government services.
