The Center for the Development of the Skopje Planning Region is part of the annual conference on the topic entitled “YEAR OF NEW OPPORTUNITIES”

The Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region led by acting Director Mrs. Rozeta Arsovska, today attended the annual conference entitled “YEAR OF NEW OPPORTUNITIES” at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia/Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.The purpose of this conference was to make a cross-section of what which was done in 2022, but also to give direction and vision 2023. At Panel 2, “Capital and infrastructure projects for a better quality of life and development of culture in crisis conditions”, to which the center was invited, capital investments in infrastructure, environment, education and culture were discussed, and the speakers were the Minister of Life environment and spatial planning Naser Nuredini, the Minister of Transport and Communications Blagoj Bochvarski, the Minister of Education and Science Jeton Shaqiri and the Minister of Culture Bisera Kostadinovska Stojchevska, the director of the Public Roads Public Administration, Eyup Rustemi and prof. Goran Markovski at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Each of the panelists had their own presentation on key implemented and planned infrastructure projects that they believe have a great impact on improving the quality of life of citizens.
