Today, the Council for the Development of the Skopje Planning Region held a regular session in the premises of Gazi Baba Municipality.
After the expiration of the mandate of the president of the Council for the Development of the Skopje Planning Region, Mr. Boban Stefkovski, mayor of Gazi Baba Municipality, Mr. Aleksandar Georgievski, mayor of Ilinden Municipality, was elected as the new president, and he was given the mandate for the duration of one year without the right to re-election.
Also, due to the expiration of the mandate of the current director of the Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region, Mrs. Roseta Arsovska was appointed acting director.
