Instead of the current selection by the Property of the Planning Region, this year the identification and prioritization of the projects is done through a new tool, ie. The main goal of this instrument is increased civic participation, but also strengthening the principles of good governance that are important for the democratization of the planning region. Also, the identification and prioritization of the Conceptual solutions for which project proposals will be made and which will apply for funds from MLSW / BRD should be of regional character and with real budget requests, ie within the envisaged total funds of the Skopje planning region.
